Excel Marine P/L, T/as Excel Welding Services has been specialising in aluminium and stainless steel welding and fabrication for over 18 years. Simon Bennett has owned and managed the business since 2002.

We are a progressive Australian company that focuses on quality and customer service. Services provided are wide ranging and include fabrication and repairs for the commercial marine industry, Rural Fire Services, Councils, other Government Departments, shopping centres, transport services, industrial companies and the recreational boating industry.

We have the most up to date equipment including pressbrake, guilotine, plate rolling facilities and fully electronic pulse mig/tig welding machines.

Our staff are qualified to weld to Australian and European standards and have great knowledge in our industry.

We can arrange a full design/build service for any project and are qualified to build to survey requirements and Maritime Standards. We are qualified to build maritime approved fuel tanks.

Our range or Excel Marine Punts are the perfect choice for oyster farmers or barge operators, people who have no road access to the properties or want a boat to accommodate live-aborad facilities or need a very shallow draft boat capable of high loadings.

A range of recreational boats is offered which are known for their strength and quality. These include plate aluminium boats, houseboats and the exciting new Aquacamper.
